Here are some of the things that set us apart from other properties

Conference Room

Conference Room 1170 is located in Suite 1170 across from our main office. 

It is available to our tenants free of charge on a first come first serve basis. This conference room can accommodate 12 people.

 

Security

The main entrance doors are monitored by security cameras. The building is accessible to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The building’s main doors are unlocked Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Building staff is instructed not to unlock offices for anyone without consent from the lessee or manager of record. If there are employees or others that are allowed access to your office without a key, you must contact the building management and have their name on record for entry before our building staff will unlock doors for them.

Staffing

A Building Manager is on site from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A Night Manager is on site from 4:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday.

Janitorial Staff is on site from 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Utilities Included

All suites include your utilities, excluding telephone and Internet service. As a result, there are no common area maintenance charges to deal with.

Internet Options

The 6060 building offers three Internet service provider options: Comcast, Consolidated Communications and XO Communications/Verizon.  Choose the one that best meets your Internet and VOIP requirements.

Climate Control

The heating and air conditioning system is computer controlled. If any comfort adjustment needs to be made to make you or your staff more comfortable, simply call the management office and we will make the necessary changes.

Janitorial Service

The Janitorial service is provided by our staff on a nightly basis Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our janitorial staff only removes “normal office waste”. The tenants are responsible for disposal of furniture, electronics (e-waste), office equipment or any other bulk items.

Restrooms are checked twice daily for supplies and cleanliness. They are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by the janitorial crew each night

Package Acceptance

If you are away from your office when a package or delivery arrives, we will accept the delivery and hold it for you or have it placed in your office. Just let us know in advance. We are are here to make things easy for you.

Moving Assistance

When moving furniture or equipment into or out of your suite, just notify the management office and we will line the elevators with protective blankets. We also have furniture dollies and a hand truck that are available for your use.

Tenant Improvements

When you commit to a multi-year lease, we will be happy to discuss how we might include a portion of your tenant improvements at no cost to you.


Smoking Areas

The 6060 Building is a no-smoking facility. For your convenience, we have three designated smoking areas at convenient locations around the building.

Ample Parking

The 6060 Building has an abundance of well-lit parking for your convenience.
