We have had our business office here for about two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The entire building is always clean, including all the bathrooms and it is kept up in tip top shape, all the time. The building staff is very attentive to all of our needs and always available if needed. We couldn’t be happier with the centralized location of the building and all the accessible parking. Everyone from the tenants to the staff here are very friendly and we are happy that we chose to run our business, Happy at Home, out of the 6060 building.
Our firm has been a tenant here for the two plus years. The admin and staff of 6060 have been very attentive to all of our needs in a very timely manner and also a great place for our business to be in. Excellent services are always provided. Bathroom’s and common areas are always cleaned and freshly painted. The staff at 6060 always provides immediate response for our needs.
Our company has been in this building for years and has rented many different suites here. The rent is affordable and the offices are nicely maintained. If you request a different layout in the suite, the owner will do a build out to accommodate your particular needs. The location is perfect for the surrounding areas. The building owner, Rich, is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for his tenants.
Mike is an awesome asset to our building. He goes above and beyond for us, is always welcoming and helpful. He is a great office manager.
I’ve been at tenant at Six Thousand Sixty Building for more than seven years. When I first toured the building the on-site owner told me “We do things differently here”. I didn’t know exactly what he meant and I thought “I’ve heard that before” but he was correct. I’ve had several leases in the Sacramento and Bay areas and my experience here has been different. The staff are responsive and even helpful. They go above and beyond what is required per the lease agreement to be sure that our needs are met. Property management staff are onsite from 7am until 11pm and cameras are available around the building. I feel safe to work in the building before or after traditional hours. The property is well maintained and cleaned daily. I doubt that I’ll ever need another professional lease, I love it here
We really appreciate the on-site manager, Mike, and on-site maintenance supervisor, George. Any problems and requests are handled quickly between the two of them. They take pride in the Building and keep it and the property spotless.
I’ve been a tenant at the 6060 Building for about 4 years now. Prior to that I tried 2 other complexes and was quick to leave once my lease renewed. Here at the 6060 Bldg., the parking is great, the onsite management staff is friendly and the building is centrally located making it easy to find. I plan to be at this location for years to come! I highly recommend anyone looking to check out the 6060 Bldg. for all it has to offer.
Searching for executive suites is tough work but once I found this location and met the staff, it felt comfortable and professional. I have a window to view the outside, a private break room to store my lunch and wash my cups, and access to two conference rooms. The neighbors are friendly yet respectful. I’ll be here for many years to come.
I’ve been here for over five years and I’ll stay for another five more. The building has been versatile and accommodating enough to allow my business to grow when I need a larger space.
The building has ample parking so there is not ever an issue trying to find a spot. The building is well maintained and cleaned nightly. The staff is very friendly and professional. My neighbors in my business suite are respectful and pleasant to talk to. Overall, everything is great, the rent is very reasonable, and customer support is top notch.
